● Use of Facilities - $2900

       This fee allows for use of the chapel, rose garden, patio,

         and the first floor of the mansion. 

      ▫  This fee also includes use of the facilities for the

         rehearsal. Rehearsals may be scheduled during the

         week between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

       This fee allows for use of the facilities for up to 8 hours on

         the wedding day, and 1 1/2 hours for the rehearsal. 

         Additional time can be added at the rate of $250 per

         hour.

        50% is due as a reservation fee, and the balance is due

         30 days prior to the event. (The reservation fee is not

         refundable if the event is cancelled within 30 days of the

         time reserved.  No portion of the rental fee is refundable if

         the event is cancelled within 48 hours of the time  

         reserved.)

      ▫   Please note that this fee does not include set up or cleanup

         of the facilities.  The wedding party will be responsible for set up prior to the

         event, and the cleanup of the facilities afterwards.

    ● Deposit - $500

       This is in addition to the rental fee and is refundable within 15 days after the

         event if the stated conditions under the Building use policies and General

         Instructions have been met.  Fees for damage, misuse, and cleaning will be

         deducted from the deposit.

       ▫ The damage deposit is due no later than 15 days prior to the event.
