● All items brought in by the wedding party must be removed

     within the allocated time frame.

  ● Furniture and equipment arrangements must be

     pre-approved.

  ● Facility use requires no smoking, dancing, or alcoholic

     beverages.

  No pins, thumbtacks, nails, etc. may be used.  Use a tape

     that will not mar the surface when removed.

  Wedding party must provide and set up any chairs needed for

     the rose garden.

  The wedding party is responsible for returning the building and

     grounds to the condition in which they are found.  Custodial fees will be charged if

     NBS staff has to clean up the building and or grounds after the event, at a rate of

     $50 per half-hour.

  Tossing of rice, birdseed, or other materials is not allowed.

  The wedding party and their guests are responsible to see that all children are

     supervised.

  Any pictures taken are to be for personal use only; no commercial use is

     permitted.

  Cars must be parked in such a way that a clear fire lane is available the full length

     of the driveway.  Neither entrance may be blocked at any time.  Cars parked in

     the carriage house area must avoid blocking designated parking spaces.  Street

     parking should avoid inconvenience to neighbors of the seminary.  Preferred

     street parking is on 43rd street, including cul-de-sac, and 44th street on the north

     side.  

  ● INSURANCE: Not later than ten (10) business days prior to the use of the School’s

     facilities a certificate of insurance naming Northwest Baptist Seminary as additional

     insured must be on file with the Facilities Coordinator. Failure to provide Northwest

     Baptist Seminary with a certificate of insurance will result in the cancellation of your
