HERE IS WHAT TO EXPECT:
After the committee has reviewed all applications, a representative
of the Seminary will contact applicants to answer any remaining
questions and confirm their attendance at the flyout.
At that time, each flyout participant will be asked to pay a $50 registration fee which will cover their airline tickets, housing and all meals during their stay. Since the price of the airline tickets is subsidized by donors and the money they have paid for the tickets is non-refundable, refunds of the registration fee will not be available after the tickets have been purchased. In addition, once the tickets have been purchased, participants will be responsible for the cost of their ticket in the case of a non-emergency cancellation.
In most cases, airline tickets will be sent by email, but
in those cases where this option is not available, they
will be sent by the US postal service at least two weeks
in advance.
